Ina has been involved with BeBright right from the start, and has been part of our social innovation team since 2011. Holding the qualities of an organisation and its staff to the fullest account is a fixed ingredient in her working method. Ina ensures movement and changing organisations and individuals from positive and constructive starting points.

Ina trained as a psychologist, specialising in organisational change and group interventions. She also specialised in the diagnostic and therapeutical variant of clinical psychology. She expanded this professional knowledge in terms of organisational dynamics and change: change management, systemic & work set-up, storytelling, organisation scripts. Ina also developed her skills in transactional analysis, existential psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. With this well-filled backpack Ina guides not just organisations but also individuals in their personal dynamic and change. Complex organisational change and processes at the cutting edge of organisational dynamic and individual change strengths are in good hands with her.

For both profit and non-profit organisations Ina provided change management, project management, project supervision and strategic human resources advice. In 2000 she set up Werklust. Her working method: sharp, constructive and creative. Analytical, energetic and with humour.

Ina stays ‘bright’ by running and dancing, and exploring the world with her daughter.

Attuning to the (future) environment of the organisation and her ‘task’ in the outside world is a starting point which goes without saying in a real ‘Ina project’. She move like the Beautiful, True and Good sense to bring about real change and wrote an inspiring book: Organitopia.

A frank discussion

A frank discussion; Dignity in Life and Death. We helped initiate and facilitate this frank discussion together with our partner ViIans. We tackled possible solutions, came up with useful findings and working forms for the sector, and dealt with the demand for a better balance between effective and dignified health care.
