I enjoy switching between the peace and quiet I experience on my nature walks and the speed and intensity that comes with doing challenging projects for my clients. Mountains are my favourite landscape because there you can dream about far horizons and reach actual peaks. A large family helps me to maintain a work-life balance. 

Experience and knowledge 

I have more than 25 years’ experience as an adviser to 
organisations operating on all fronts as a connecter between 
people, processes and organisations. My way of doing things is characterised by concepts such as pragmatic, creative, 
honest and impactful. I work on projects in the area of 
strategy-implementation, innovation and organisational development ‘speaking softly and carrying a big stick’. I deal with substantially difficult questions in a context that demands cooperating and moving with and between people. 

What makes me proud…

Through my work ambitions emerge that drive me forward. I support people and organisations looking to realise their 
ambitions by walking with them, and where necessary reinforcing them as to substance and in a process-oriented 
way. That can vary from getting a cooperative arrangement that has broken down up and running again through holding a number of talks, to supplying all of the plant and equipment and support necessary for a transition organisation at a hospital trying to establish a new structure and culture.
