Digital change capability
Implementing innovation and digitalisation requires digital change capability from healthcare workers and patients. With our Innovation Maturity Model, we provide insight into the current and desired innovation maturity of your organisation. What investments are needed to implement technological, process and social innovations more quickly within your organisation? We support a suitable change approach and develop smarter hybrid client (care) processes together. We also offer project and programme managers for implementation processes and guide the establishment of a digital governance model for an appropriate governance and organisational structure.
Data-driven organisation
The amount of (un)organised data is rapidly increasing. Data is often only found in separate datasets and is not easily accessible, yet it can be very valuable. We therefore assist in integrating data into management and monitoring within organisations. Our insightful data dashboard can support decision-making, while we also help set up regional data exchange or jointly set a course for data and standards.

We have a driven group of project leaders who help clients bring plans to fruition. Whether they are IT, innovation or data experts, our project leaders are hands-on, understand healthcare and adjacent domains, and have good project management and communication skills.
